Can I return my item?

There are no refunds for purchased items from Cosmically Charmed Shop.

Can I exchange my item?

Generally, exchanges are not applicable, however we understand that sometimes there are mitigating circumstances, so please message us on this inquiry.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times are going to vary depending on where you are in the world. We generally ship items anywhere between same day as purchase to three days. Overnight is available if you are in a hurry to get that special gift, so feel free to message us a question.

Can I buy in bulk?

Yes! If you plan to make a large order, please message us. We offer bulk discounts!

How do I care for my leather piece?

Keeping your leather cleaned and conditioned is important. If you come across a smudge or a blemish, simply mix rubbing alcohol in a bowl of water, take a paper towel and gently wipe your piece.

Additionally, we do sell a 2-in-1 leather cleaner and conditioner made from all natural ingredients that can be used not only on your piece, but is safe for any other leather items you may have! Check out our accessories section.

Will you offer any vegan options as far as materials?

Yes! We are working on finding either bamboo or hemp leathers for the animal friendly folx!
